Overall, Katy Perry rocked Madison Square Garden as part of her “Witness” Tour. The new arrangements to her songs were neat and refreshing. Perry is an artist who always manages to reinvent herself musically. She commanded the stage the entire night. The audience was well aware that they were in the presence of the “Contemporary Queen of Pop.” Her live show earned an A rating.
