Katy Perry proved why she is one of the leading ladies in music at the ECHO Arena tonight.
Witness: The Tour, is Perry’s first run since the sold-out, Prismatic World Tour, which concluded in 2015.
But unlike, her previous work, where she shot to fame for singing controversial hits such as ‘I kissed a girl’, this tour demonstrated her maturation, not just musically, but emotionally.
After 10 years since her debut album, the candy-coated pop star delved into the developments of modernity, lyrically questioning our social and political values.

Stage production?
The stage was transformed into a massive interactive eye, oddly resembling the Big Brother logo! The lighting changed to suit the mood of the song and as you would expect all props were OTT including a giant dice, fire, puppets on stilts and hovering planets.
