Witness : The Tour @ Mode Center – Portland, OR – February 2nd 2018 in the forum Concerts & Shows 7 years, 1 month agoI will be at this concert location…My very first time seeing Katy perform live… I’m desperately in search of a meet and greet opportunity with her! Historically, there have been 5 drawn and each can bring a guest for 10 total. I highly recommend reading the FAQs within the Forum that will answer a lot of questions. Best Wishes!
