General Questions about the Shows on Witness : The Tour in the forum Concerts & Shows 7 years, 1 month ago@NYCKatyCat For Pittsburgh, she came on at about 9PM and Noah came on at about 8PM. Although, I would give Katy’s leeway somewhere between 8:55-9:15 which is a usual main performer entrance. The show ends at about 11:30PM. ^.^
