Is there any other way to get meet and greet on the witness tour other than winning from this website? I looked at all the VIP packages and meet and greet is not included. Is winning on this website the only way to get meet and greet?

  For many cities yes, but I think there will be also sometimes contest on facebook, on radio aso so keep your eyes open or try your luck here
