Yes, if you live in the US.
Wherever you live have someone 18 and over go to BGCA and fill out a volunteer form and submit it to be entered into the contest. There are several steps, but there is someone at Global Citizen that will walk you through each step of the process to ensure you receive credit towards the contest. Sorry, I didn’t mention it above, but that someone needs to be 18 years or older for the BGCA volunteer form.

I am Japanese, but can I participate in it? I saw it on the Instagram, but it seems that the officials are inviting katycats to M & G before the concert, but please tell me in detail!

Yes, there is one other way that I know of, but you will need someone to fill out a volunteer form with your local Boys and Girls Club of America to enter the VIP tix with M&G, then have them add you as their plus one if they win… it is a good idea to complete this as much in advance as possible.
